Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is set in a prime location near Praça da Liberdade, a cultural hub, offering spacious and modern rooms, although lacking soundproofing. The service was accommodating and went above and beyond, with minor issues related to payment. Overall, a reasonable value stay with excellent dining options.
Whenever I'm in Belo Horizonte, I always choose to stay at this hotel. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, equipped with LED TVs, perfect for a cozy stay. While they were quiet enough, some might find them a bit tucked away at the end of a corridor.
The hotel is situated very close to Praça da Liberdade, which is a cultural area. The rooms, although appearing more basic than in the pictures, are clean and agreeable. The beds are comfy, but there were some issues like a broken TV, leaking A/C, and old wall plugs. The bathroom had a clogged sink, the door had no lock, and there was a space between it and the wall. Despite these drawbacks, whenever I've been in BH, I always choose this hotel.
This hotel has been my go-to in BH every time I visit. The rooms, while clean and pleasant, were slightly impacted by ongoing construction during my stay, making it hard to fully enjoy the privacy. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The location, though not in the center, was in a peaceful area near some great spots to explore. The food was delicious, especially the complete buffet spread, and overall a good experience.
The hotel is located in a nice area near Praça da Liberdade, offering great rooms but with some noise issues due to the construction. The service was excellent, going beyond expectations to accommodate requests. However, the location was a bit noisy and showed signs of mold. The dining experience was pleasant, with good options. Overall, a commendable stay with a few drawbacks to consider.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, despite comfortable beds, had some issues like a broken TV, leaking AC, and outdated wall plugs that left me unable to charge my laptop. The bathroom had a clogged sink and a door with no lock. Yet, the hotel's location was exceptional, being very close to Praça da Liberdade, a vibrant cultural area with great rooms that are spacious and impeccably clean.
